Dear Nannies,

For updated and current job openings, please visit the @ctnannyagency Instagram or Connecticut Nanny Agency Facebook page

We fully understand that finding a job using online care sites and forums can be overwhelming, scary, and full of non-responses. We are here help you find the best family to match your needs, skills, and experience.

Firstly, we will work with you to better understand what you're looking for in your new position. We will discuss hours, pay, benefits, and duties you're willing and able to perform. Along with that, we love to learn about your values, hobbies, and interests to place you with the family you will love. Our goal is to make sure the children, parents, AND the nanny are all happy with their match to ensure a lasting relationship.

After you've found your perfect family, we will work with you and the family to build a Nanny-Family Contract and handle all salary and benefit negotiations. We ensure that your expectations are outlined, as well as the family's. Throughout your time with the family, we will continue to serve as a source of support and advice for you, should you need it.

If you meet our nanny requirements, please click here to upload your resume, or email it to us directly at Info@CTNannyAgency.com and we will contact you for further steps!
