PRICING
Inviting a caregiver in your home and family's lives is one of the most meaningful and important investments you can make for your family. At CTNA, our placement fees are structured with intention - realistic and accessible, yet still reflecting the high-quality results and professionalism clients expect when navigating the nanny-matchmaking process.
To begin a nanny search, we have a $300 search initiation deposit. A final placement fee would not be due until if and when you've hired a referred candidate.
Our placement fee is a one-time payment, based on a percentage of the nanny's projected annual income. This percentage rate will vary depending on the type of care desired and/or duration of employment desired. (i.e. full-time, part-time, temporary, etc.). For a long term, full-time nanny placement (36+ hours per week), the placement rate is 6% of the nanny's projected annual salary.
