PRICING
At Connecticut Nanny Agency, our Placement Rates are built to meet each family’s unique needs. Our goal when opening in 2017 was to make the nanny-matchmaking process more affordable and realistically-priced for our families.
To initiate a nanny search, we charge a $250 initiation fee. A final placement fee would not be due until if/when you've hired your nanny!
Our placement fee is a one-time payment, based on a percentage of the nanny's yearly income. This percentage varies depending on position type (i.e. full-time, part-time, seasonal, temporary, etc.). For a long term, full-time nanny placement (40+ hours per week), the rate would be 6% of the nanny's yearly salary. Placement percentage rates vary depending on the type of care desired and/or duration of employment desired.
