Hannah Khoshneviss
Hannah is the Founder and Director of Operations of Connecticut Nanny Agency. With a degree in Early Child Education and over twelve years of professional nanny experience throughout Connecticut, she is adept to all things nanny-related. With this well-rounded background in childcare, she has gained the unique perspective of understanding the needs of families and households of all sizes.
After realizing the need and opportunity for an affordable nanny agency that is local to Connecticut, Hannah decided to gather a team and build Connecticut Nanny Agency. She now utilizes her skills and experience to assist families in finding their perfect nanny match.
Dziko Boyd
Dziko is the Lead Placement Coordinator for New Haven and Fairfield County. Dziko (pronounced "Zee-ko) hails from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education and began her childcare journey. She has been a professional nanny for over twenty years, working with children of all ages. Dziko relocated to the tri-state area several years ago, and has been living and working in Fairfield County for the past five years. Dziko also holds invaluable experience as a Placement Coordinator and Branch Manager at a nanny agency prior to her move.

Kathleen Khoshneviss
Kathleen Khoshneviss is our Administrative Assistant and Retention Manager. As busy, working mother of three (now grown) children, she understands how invaluable it is to have loving and reliable childcare.
Kayla Sheridan
Kayla is the Lead Placement Coordinator at Connecticut Nanny Agency. Prior to joining the CTNA team, Kayla worked as the Marketing and Public Relations Manager for some large corporations across Connecticut and Massachusetts. A graduate from University of Connecticut, Kayla holds a bachelors degree in Communication Sciences as well as Business Administration.
When not hard at work, Kayla enjoys spending her time with her husband and two precious children, Emma (3) and Lucas (1). Kayla has hired nannies for her own family in the past, so she understands what busy parents want and look for in a quality caregiver. To her, children are life’s greatest blessing and they deserve someone to love and care for them like their own. Kayla began placing childcare providers with Connecticut Nanny Agency since Early 2020, has quickly become very successful in her placements, and has become a family-favorite!
