Hannah K
Hannah is the Founder and Director of Operations of Connecticut Nanny Agency. With a degree in Early Child Education and over twelve years of professional nanny experience throughout Connecticut, she is adept to all things nanny-related. With this well-rounded background in childcare, she has gained the unique perspective of understanding the needs of families and households of all sizes.
After realizing the need and opportunity for an affordable nanny agency that is local to Connecticut, Hannah decided to gather a team and build Connecticut Nanny Agency in 2017. She now utilizes her skills and experience to assist families in finding their perfect nanny match. With now hundreds of successful, lasting nanny placements over the last eight years, Hannah is adept to creating a smooth and efficient placement process for her clients.
Dziko B
Dziko is the Lead Placement Coordinator for New Haven and Fairfield County. Dziko (pronounced "Zee-ko) hails from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where she earned her degree in Early Childhood Education and began her childcare journey. She has been a professional nanny for over twenty years, working with children of all ages. Dziko relocated to the tri-state area several years ago, and has been living and working in Fairfield County for the past five years. Dziko also holds invaluable experience as a Placement Coordinator and Branch Manager at a nanny agency prior to her move.
Dziko brought her vast experience and skills to Connecticut Nanny Agency in 2023, and has since had incredible success matching dozens of families and nannies throughout the state.

Laura F
Laura is our Placement Coordinator and Nanny Recruiter. Prior to joining the CTNA team in 2024, Laura has been in the childcare industry for 12 years and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science and Child Psychology. She is currently completing her master's in clinical mental health counseling. With a background in corporate leadership for nonprofit emergency operations, she has worked with underserved adult and youth populations in both Connecticut and California.
Her experience in the field began in 2007 when she worked as a nanny and household manager, quickly discovering her passion for helping families in her community. Beyond her professional work, Laura is dedicated to service—she volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, teaches youth art classes, and fosters dogs. In her free time, she enjoys Pilates, cooking, and hiking with her puppy.
Kathleen K
Kathleen is our Administrative Assistant and Retention Manager. As a (now retired)working mother of three now-grown children, she understands how invaluable it is to have loving and reliable childcare for professional parents with young children.
With over thirty years as a Senior Executive Assistant, Kathleen is able to brings her extensive expertise in organization, planning, and customer service to keep the Connecticut Nanny Agency team together and running smoothly.
