The current average salary range for an experienced, qualified, and reliable nanny in Connecticut ranges anywhere from $26-$36 per hour, depending on specific location, level of experience desired, typical schedule, number and ages of children, etc. Because we take pride in sending only the most exceptional candidates to our families, the family must be willing to offer a rate that falls within that current market range in order to initiate a search with CTNA.

(Due to extremely high demand, we are currently unable to assist with searches specifically for before or after-school, afternoon-evening, or as-needed childcare. We appreciate your understanding)
