The current average salary for an experienced, qualified nanny in Connecticut ranges anywhere from $26-$36 per hour, depending on specific location, level of experience desired, exact hours, number of children, etc. In order to initiate a search with CTNA, the family must be willing to offer a salary that falls within the current market range.

(Due to extremely high demand, we are currently unable to assist with searches specifically for after-school, afternoon-evening, or as-needed childcare. We appreciate your understanding)
