PRICING
At Connecticut Nanny Agency, our Placement Rates are built to meet each family’s unique needs. To initiate the search with your family, we charge a $150 startup fee. A final placement fee is not due until your new nanny begins with your family!
Our placement fee is a one-time payment, based on a percentage of the nanny's yearly gross salary. This percentage varies depending on position type (ie full-time, part-time, seasonal, etc.). For a long term, full-time placement (36+ hours per week) our rate is 7% of the nanny's yearly gross salary. Your initial startup fee would also be deducted from that final amount.
To discuss placement rates for positions other than full-time, please complete our family form to schedule a consultation call and we will be able to provide you with a quote tailored to your family's specific schedule type.
