To be considered for any of our positions, all candidates must meet the following requirements:

Minimum 3 years of professional nanny and/or daycare experience, with a proven track record of long-term employment with prior families or positions. Certain positions will require longer or more specific experience.

Have a minimum of two excellent, recent, prior-employer references.

Have a detailed, childcare-focused resume outlining your experience and qualifications
-
First Aid/CPR Certification (or willing to renew if expired)

Excellent written/verbal communication skills and strong interview skills.

Must be able to pass agency screening process including in-depth background checks, social media checks, and driving history check.

Have some college education and/or certifications (depending on family preference)

Must be 21+ years of age or older

Must drive and have a reliable vehicle (unless specified otherwise in posting)

Must be up to date on routine vaccinations such as TDAP, MMR, etc.

Must live within reasonable commuting distance to any given position
Some families may have additional specific requirements for their family specifically (i.e. bachelors degree, yearly flu shot, fluency in foreign languages, etc.). These additional requirements will be posted in the description or discussed during initial interview.
