*Dear Parents, we take pride in finding only the most exceptional candidates for our families. The current average salary for an experienced, qualified nanny in Connecticut ranges anywhere from $26-$36 per hour, depending on specific location, level of experience desired, exact hours, number of children, etc. In order to initiate a search with CTNA, the family must be willing to offer a salary that is within that current market range.

Additionally, due to extremely high demand, we are currently unable to assist with nanny searches specifically for after-school/afternoon only positions, unless there would be a minimum of 30 hours per week. All other part-time roles will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We appreciate your understanding.
